Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy describes cancellations, refunds, credits, and chargebacks for purchases made through StatsHub.ai (the “Service”), operated by PrimeIQ Research Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). This policy is intended to be applied as strictly as permitted by law and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

1) Digital reports (generally non-refundable)

Reports are digital products delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. All sales are final once a report is delivered or made accessible, except where required by law.

We do not provide refunds or credits for change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with AI-generated formatting/tone, or business outcomes.

2) Limited exceptions

We may consider a refund (in our sole discretion) only if:

• You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge or wrong amount), or
• You did not receive access due to a verified technical failure on our side and we cannot reasonably fix delivery within a reasonable time, or
• Applicable law requires a refund.

3) How to request

Email [email protected] with your order/transaction ID, purchase date, and reason.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we may suspend your account and provide logs to the payment processor to contest the dispute.

5) Subscriptions (if offered)

If subscriptions are offered, you can cancel to stop future renewals. Past charges are not refunded unless required by law.
