2) AI output disclaimer

Reports may be generated using automated systems and third-party AI providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and must be independently verified. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on outputs.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Do not interfere with the Service or other users.
• Only submit content you have rights to use.

4) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any business outcome.

5) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or US$50 if you paid nothing), whichever is greater.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
